Welcome to The Polo Lounge! Wake up to the beauty of horses galloping across manicured fields and end your day with a glass of wine by the firepit on your large private patio on California's premier polo field. When polo matches are on, you’ll have front-row seats to the action without ever leaving home. This beautifully furnished, ground-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect blend of relaxed California living and upscale amenities, ideal for a 30-day getaway or extended retreat. 

PRIMARY BEDROOM- Wake up to views the main polo field in the airy and relaxing main primary bedroom which has a sliding glass door that opens up to the patio. This room has a king sized bed. There is an attached full bathroom with a walk in shower and a walk in closet. 

2ND PRIMARY BEDROOM- This bedroom has a queen sized bed and a closet with hangers. 

3RD BEDROOM- The third bedroom also doubles as a den/office. There is a pull out queen sized bed, a dresser for clothes as well as a built in with a TV, and hidden chairs to use as a desk. 

BATHROOMS- The home has 2 bathrooms - 1 full bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom and the other is next to the bedroom with the queen sized bed. Both have walk in showers and are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. 

LIVING ROOM-The main living room has views of the polo fields and in an open floorplan with the dining area. There is a gas fireplace and a TV that allows you to sign in to your Netflix and other streaming services.

DINING ROOM-The dining table is located next to the living room and kitchen with seating for 4. 

THE KITCHEN-Cook up some delicious meals while staring out at horses galloping by. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and all your basic kitchen needs. We have a drip coffee pots. There is a kettle for the stove. 

PARKING- There is one provided covered parking spot and any additional cars can park in the open spots at the far back of the complex. 

PATIO- Step outside onto your expansive patio where you'll find a dining table for al fresco meals, loungers for sun-soaked afternoons, and a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars—all overlooking the pristine polo grounds. 

POOL- The community features a sparkling pool just steps away, ideal for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach or exploring nearby Montecito and Santa Barbara.

WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT- The home is set up with high speed wifi. The router is located in the primary room. The TVs are set up with the ability to stream shows and movies from Netflix and other streaming services. 

CAMERAS & SAFETY- We have two cameras, one on the patio of the home and one Ring doorbell. These do not record sound or footage. Only used for extra security for our guests.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this home. 

DO YOU ALLOW LUGGAGE DROP-OFF OR CAR PARKING FOR EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES? No, we cannot be responsible for your personal belongings or have our cleaning crew interrupted while preparing the house.

HOW CLOSE IS THE BEACH? The home is located just across the freeway from Padaro and Santa Claus Beach. The home has views of ocean right past the polo fields.

1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND • This includes cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, cannabis, etc. Throughout the entire property — indoor & outdoor areas, garage, and driveway. 

2. NO LARGE PARTIES OR EVENTS

3. NO PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS without prior approval from Host.

4. MAXIMUM 6 OVERNIGHT GUESTS •This includes 2+ years-old kids 

5. QUIET HOURS are 10 pm – 7 am Please be respectful of neighbors as the polo fields are a very close and private community. 

6. All rentals are subject to terms and conditions found on our website. If you reserve a property through us, you agree to the terms and conditions on our site. 

7. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. If you move something, please move it back at the end of your stay. 

If a violation is reported against any of the rules guests: - will be required to pay the fines - may be asked to vacate the premises without refund for the remaining days of the scheduled stay 

Guest access: The entire property is available to you, so please make yourself at home. Only a couple of things that are off limits: The storage area above the parking spot. The polo clubs tennis courts, pool and gym. The polo field during games and practices. Guests have access to the whole condo, patio and community pool.
