We have stayed here many times so it’s our go to spot. However, this time the room was dirty. Stains on the couch, fingerprints on all stainless trays and tissue holder and microwave. How can this be called sanitized especially in the pandemic? Don’t think I will be returning here!

When we arrived at our room, after checking in, the door was OPEN, TV was on to some random channel and a map was lying on the bed. Front desk assure us the room had been turned over, but it just felt... used. In these times of Covid, this was certainly unsettling. I would not stay here again, based on this experience.

2nd time there. This time on first floor. The floor above squeaked quite a bit. Would recommend trying to get a 2nd floor room.

There were bugs in the hotel. An empty glass from the previous guests was still there. The family next door to us were loud and noisy. The building outside looked pleasing but behind those walls it was a different experience. Wouldn’t book this hotel again.
