The room smelled bad right when we walked in. It just smelled really old. We got a balcony room, but had no idea it was a shared balcony. Also, it wasn’t even a balcony that you could enjoy. It was SO loud from the freeway. Then trying to sleep with all the freeway noise wasn’t very pleasant either. The one nice point is that we were greeted when checking in by a very nice guy named Mario. He was very professional and friendly.

This hotel was pretty to look at with it's European style and gardens. Rooms had a small balcony with table and chairs. It was super clean and you had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. This was affordable, in a great location and a safe area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wrong room given but blaming hotels.com for wrong pics shown. Filthy morning coffee area, shower backing up daily, one employee for waitress at their restaurant, rude front desk employee telling us that’s what you get booking through a third party and being bothered by maid knocking on door at 10:00 am asking us if we are ready to leave yet. It’s an old pretty landscaped hotel but in need of new fixes.

This is a nice property with a beautiful garden area that you could sit and enjoy the afternoon. Our room was huge newly renovated and very comfortable. Having a restaurant within the property made it very easy. The food was excellent!!

I went to the Avocado Festival and stay at this hotel . I would recommend staying here . It’s clean, the staff is friendly and it was walking distance to the festival!
