We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and attentive! The hotel is gorgeous and the views of the lake are lovely. It’s a little bit out of the way but it’s worth it for a lovely stay. The breakfast was also really good!

We had a great welcome at reception and a very clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. The pool was clean, towels and toiletries were supplied. The hotel was set in lovely goods and was in walking distance of Windermere town.
