"Silver Gull is an old hotel, but it is well managed, with large rooms, and good ocean views. The location is perfect! Right next to a wonderful pier and easy access to the beach. We would stay there again!"

"Not worth the price. I stayed here plenty of times when it was Blockade Runner. Trailborn has doubled the price and I don’t really see the “upgrades” in the actual room. Shower is a regular tub combo and water pressure is non existent. Thought I’d give it a shot since you can’t beat walking out of your room straight to the beach. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for nowhere near the cost. At least give me a balcony. Nope. It’s clean and the beds are comfy. As soon as I pulled up, the concierge reversed into someone’s vehicle. Won’t be back and I really used to love this place. "

The only problem is they need to be more clear on the parking space in the room number. They gave me a four digit code for the room number access but that was not correct. It included a five after the room number."
