Our car had been broken into in Turin (not in the vicinity of the hotel) and everyone in the hotel tried to help us in any way possible. The car, filled with sporting equipment for a long vacation, was emptied out, gear stored safely, the car was vacuumed by the valets and they even taped up the broken window for us! Despite the break-in, we left Turin with fond memories in large part due to the excellent care by the hotel staff. Grazie!!!"
