Easy access downtown location

Pros: The rooms were clean and adequate; hotel staff friendly & helpful; able to communicate in English; water provided upon request or purchase locally.
Cons: We were perfectly content with our hotel needs.
Location: Location great for walking to train, bus, tram, metro, museums, restaurants, church, parks, Piazzas, market, pharmacy, parks, coffee, water, gelato!
Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming. Throughout our stay they provided helpful information, transportation schedules and maps upon request. Regardless of the cooler temperatures and rain during our visit we managed to accomplish much. The visits to museum and historical sites are wonderful memories. The food was spectacular; never eating at the same place twice; wonderful variety of choices. Our travels to other areas via the train, bus and tram were fun and memorable. So much to see and experience; a lot to take in over ten days but so worth the money and time. If a person wants to shop this is the area to do so; prices are very reasonable. There are plenty of opportunities and things to do within Torino, however, traveling to other areas was an added pleasure. The variety of transportation was easy enough to figure out and use to our advantage. Having someone with you who can speak some Italian, enough to understand, is very helpful as well.
