The perfect hotel. Location is walking distance from Porta Neuvo train station. In the heart of the shopping . Walking distance to most historic sites. Room is spaciously comfortable. Breakfast is 5 star. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very hospitanle and professional.

The location of the hotel is excellent for those who wish to sightsee. It is also only a few steps away from the Porta Nuova train station. The fast trains are amazing. Milan is about an hour away and so an easy day trip. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast with bacon, eggs, many breads, cheeses and fruits, cereals and fantastic cake. The hotel itself is a little dated but the room was scrupulously clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a safe and a fridge, slippers and a robe. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower and bidet. Water pressure was a slight issue. There is AC but the window opened so I didn’t need it. All in all, I’d recommend the hotel for those wanting to be in a brilliant location. Turin is a beautiful and vibrant city for a visit.

Good location for shopping and near train station for day trips. Concord had some renovations taking place but was minimal impact for us as we were on top floor but not sure about anyone closer to the work. AC was not available this time of year so opening window was necessary but along with crisp air brings lots of city and local traffic noise. Breakfast good with nice options. Hotel staff assisted with setting up transportation in advance for pickup and drop off which was very helpful. The driver contracted was safe and reliable. Not impressed with the city attractions but hotel was good and would stay again if I was back in Turin.
