This was an amazing resort. I cant say enough good things. The one bedroom ocean view was OUTSTANDING. The food was great (french toast, oarnge juice, baccon, mimosas, mangos were my fav). Seevice was amazing by the pool and beach. Shout out to Edgar! Rooms were always cleaned quickly and turn down service made us feel like royalty. I loved everything about this resort. Kids loved the pools, hot tubs and the beach. Uggg i want to go back asap.

The hotel was beautiful but super crowded. F Buffet was close from 12:00am-5:00pm Staff member were helping you if you give them good money. Register person were not professional and he did too many mistakes we hen we arrived. Food quality was poor

Our stay was interesting . Beds did not feel comfortable, shower water had a smell, out of our 6 night stay only 1 time we had excellent service and the others was so/so. What really depressed us was the human feces we found on shore and the water everyday. Not fun when you have kids.

property was overall pretty good. pools seemed a bit small. floating park in the ocean is dirty and alot smaller than pictured. food is mediocre at best. alot of attempted upselling even with the all-inclusive package. They really try getting as many tips as possible out of you the entire time. booze is severly watered down.

Overall, my partner and I had a great experience for a 5 day all inclusive stay at this resort but there are a few things that can be improved. Pros: As this is a family resort, the overall food quality was higher than the adults only results I've been to before. The servers are all very nice and will make you feel welcome at all times. The ferry to Isla Mueres is 5 minutes away so you can easily walk there and spend a day on the island which is highly recommended. Cons: The check in process is horrible if you arrive late. We arrived at around 8pm and the concierge staff did not explain anything to us. Nothing about the different restaurants, nothing about the necessity to reserve the restaurants. We even asked about where the lunch is served and they said they dont know. And we should check the restaurants tomorrow to see if anywhere is open. Nothing about the bite bar, the servers at pool and beach area, Zama or . . . We were there for 5 days and didn't know what are the scheduled activities for the day. If even there is such thing as an activity schedule. We were simply given the wristbands and left to go to our room ourselves. They didnt even point us to the direction that we have to walk, let alone have someone accompany us to our room. So we had to ask multiple staff for a direction to our room. Also, we were charged an environmental fee at checkout that was not communicated with us. Even when I was asked to sign the expense list I wasn't notified on what this is. Its

This was a great family resort. I emphasize the word family. We had a blast! The kids club was great, pools were clean and fun, foord and drinks were great. We didn't want to leave.

Our first family vacation in Cancun and we definitely picked the perfect resort! From the well kept grounds, pools and rooms to the welcoming and friendly staff and the delicious food--this resort is top notch! We enjoyed our stay! We hope to come visit again in the future! Highly recommended!
