When I booked I indicated that we needed a cot. My booking was accepted without question. When I checked in, I confirmed that we required a cot and was told it was already set up. When we got to our room there was no cot. I called the front desk and was then told that the room I booked couldn't accomodate a cot. After 20-30mins of back and forth, the front desk informed me that they could upgrade my family to a suite that would accomodate the cot. The suite was lovely and much more space. I'm not sure how it took so long to realize there was an issue with putting a cot in the room we originally booked, but I very much appreciate the solution that the hotel staff was able to provide. The rest of our stay was great.

The staff were very friendly. We paid $35 up front for both parking and breakfast on Expedia which was very helpful (I would recommend doing this). They let us park in valet since our truck wasn’t under six feet. Everything was clean, I would stay here again.
