Our room was locared near the laundry room. The staff kept the door to rhe laundry room open when running the large laundry machines, causing our room to be noisy during our stay.

Bathroom was very dirty and mold in corners of shower. Tub wouldnt drain so u ended up having a bath while in the shower. Shower tiles broken. For a Grande room type, i expected more for this room.

Great location with lots of attached restaurants and convenient access. Comfortable bed and clean room. Friendly staff The hot tub felt dirty. Very cloudy water, jets didn’t work properly, and not hot. I don’t recommend using There was a swim lesson going on one night? A swim instructor with 2 students were super loud and splashing the whole time. Very weird for a hotel. I don’t think I’ll stay here again. Seems to be a theme with Sandman Hotels in Calgary
