The only thing missing for us was a bigger room, but I think it was the biggest one available when we booked. My 12yr old grandson and I were a bit cramped in the front of the room. My daughter and son-in-law were comfortable in the bedroom. But we made it work. The little fridge kept freezing everything, even after turning it down twice. We forgot to mention it to them. I'm sure they would have seen to it if we had reported it. Overall it was a fantastic stay for us. We were there for 6 nights.

The staff was accomodating. The hot tub was broken during our stay and the pool is tiny so if your wanting a property with swimming this might not be what your looking for. The resturants are great!

The property is excellent—beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. Most of the staff were great and provided wonderful service. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the conduct of one staff member, Shevaun. Upon our arrival, he was not welcoming and greeted us with a frown, yet moments later warmly smiled at a white guest. This stark difference in treatment appeared to be because of our brown skin color. Later, when we requested towels for our kids at the pool, he seemed visibly upset. Such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable in any hospitality setting and should be addressed immediately.

My only Negatives; Staff were away from the lobby for ~5 minutes when I went to check in, and the hinges to a door in my room were loose. Positives were numerous; Clean pool, building felt clean and luxurious. Multiple dining options onsite were nice to have, Air conditioning worked well. staff was polite, and the room was very nice ( although it should be at the price) Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but would likely search for a less expensive option next time
