The room temperature was too warm for sleeping. You have a sign in the room asking not to turn on the AC but since the windows don’t open, the only way to cool off the room is to turn on the AC. We had family members staying in another room and they had the same problem with the room being too warm. Other than that issue, which is a big one, the room was clean and comfortable.

I Books from the airport when I landed in Calgary. I phoned the front desk to ask about a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They told me where to go and that it would be there at 11 PM. He didn’t show up till 1120 which is fine. However if the weather was -30, it may have been a problem. I arrived at the property, and there was no food available only by takeout, which was upsetting after a long journey. The lady could not find the confirmation Number only that itinerary number for Expedia, which delayed my check in by 30-35 minutes of waiting. I could’ve stayed at another hotel for $79 a night however chose the Hyatt as I thought it was an upscale or more upscale hotel. I arrived the carpets are old and we’re not vacuumed. It seemed tired the property. I could’ve just stayed at the $79 hotel and that would’ve been fine with the level of care at the property.
