Clean and spacious room, convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had and the breakfast staff were extra friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was easy to book and use as well. Overall the value for all you got was very good.

Ashley was incredible! I have a newborn, and all i wanted for my birthday was a night away to sleep (if youre a parent, you know). My room was upgraded, and i was given a free breakfast (though i was sleeping too well to enjoy it). I'd recommended this hotel to anyone coming into the city, or just wants a break from life, like me. If I had one complaint, it would be that the room, while beautiful, smelled distinctly of BO when I arrived. Only noticeable when coming in from the hall, but it was pungent. Which brings it from 5☆ to 4☆
