The ease in checking in was excellent. I liked that the hotel offered a shuttle for pick up from airport. Driver was professional and engaging.

We called from the Calgary airport and we’re told to wait inside - it was 5 degrees Fahrenheit - after 25 minutes we went out to the pick up area, having seen no van to the Hyatt go by. We called again and we’re told the van had just picked up 9 people. We told them we were at the International door 17, where we were told to wait. Just then, the van drove right by us in the outer lane and did not even look for us. We called again and we’re told the van would circle around and come get us. We were already freezing and had to wait another 10 minutes for the van. All in all a very bad and cold experience. We have canceled our booking to stay at this hotel until n our way back from Calgary
