Room had black mold in the bathroom. After first night I had brought a up with the staff politely in the morning. They said they would look into it but nothing was ever done. I guess I should have been a jerk and mentioned my wife has terrible asthma. The room also just felt dirty ie stuff splattered on the walls in the bathroom stains on the carpet. The “free” is free for a reason. Almost uneatable and not enough food for all the guests but you get what you pay for. We have stayed a ton of holiday inns because we have never had a problem. This might Make us rethink that.
