We had an incident at the hotel when we checked in at 430 our room was NOT ready . They apologized and offered us a room 534 which was right next to our room we paid for 535 . Coming up from the elevator I noticed the house keeper knocking on the 535 door and a lady answered butt naked / drunk / high or a mixture of both. How’s keeping asked me if she was part of our party as someone from your hotel let her into the 535 room . The naked lady shut the door housekeeping came to use our phone to call down as the lady wasn’t leaving . I had our 2 kids with us and my husband still wasn’t up so he missed it all . The lady finally took off in the hotel down stairs / up stairs / down elevator and up . Not sure if she was caught . We ended up leaving the hotel because I wasn’t staying in the room we originally booked with her being in it . Nothing was looked through after she had left housekeeping did go in and replace water but we left after that . It was very hard to get a hotel last min . Anyways we still have the hotel charged on the credit card . Hoping it will be reversed Thanks

The room is quite dated, and the bathroom is small with a noisy AC, a faulty shower switch, and a loose toilet cover. The complimentary breakfast is basic with limited options, but the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

The reason for our stay was to go to the Calgary Stampeders game, therefore the location was perfect. The staff were polite & very accomodating. The hotel is on the older side, but in good condition. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was quite small and with glass shower doors, only one person at a time could us the bathroom. The included buffet breakfast was very good. The area around the hotel was ok. We had no issues. There was ample free parking on site as well. I would defenitely not hesitate to stay here again.
