This property is an absolute shambles, the construction is miserably loud. It vibrates inside starting at 8 AM. Carpets are falling apart boxes, line the halls. The lie in their initial email about why the pool is unexpectedly broken. It’s because the entire building is under construction and they want you to run across the hall to another hotel. Curtain in the hallway splitting at the seams mix coming in and out of the elevators tricky. You get zero warning about the construction…… you got an email to tell you there’s construction during your stay. When you explain to Expedia, they will do absolutely nothing to help you never booking here or with Expedia again.

Quick overnight trip for theatre event/Stamps game with family that lives in Calgary & another couple. The construction was not bothersome at all, extremely hospitable staff, good breakfast, clean and comfy room. Minor wear on finishing through the building. Will stay here again in the future, for sure.

Our stay was enjoyable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also offers convenient underground parking. The hotel’s location is ideal, as it is situated directly on Highway 1, which conveniently connects you to Banff within an hour and a half. Hotel is going under renovation with no pool access and appearance.
