Book a hotel near Caleton Beach Club, Cap Cana

"This is a beautiful resort. Our room smelled weird on arrival but everything else about the room was nice, view etc. The staff is all incredibly kind and were great with my teen sons, throwing a baseball and playing volleyball. On our next visit we would definitely upgrade to a preferred room as there are more food choices at that level. I don't love buffets and that is the main food choice available for breakfast and lunch. There is a great coffee shop though that sells sandwiches and pastries and cakes that we started going to instead of the buffet and that worked out great. We loved sitting on the beach, we could always find seats with shade and there was a great breeze."

"As Marriott brand loyalists we were severely disappointed in our recent stay at St.Regis Cap Cana. As a family we travel to multiple luxury hotels under this brand such as Ritz Carlton, St.Regis and JW Marriott per year so we are very familiar with the brand. I became alarmed prior to arrival given the lack of response or delayed response from the concierge via email. Upon check it this became even more concerning…. No warm welcome, no welcome drink etc, Through our stay the lack of service only grew. Out first dinner on property we were told our table wasn’t ready when the restaurant was almost empty then when seated I alerted them of a gluten allergy and they asked what gluten was, then when I explained the server asked what wheat was. The breakfast food was always cold and lacking variety. Had we not prepaid it we would not have returned. We quickly shifted the remained of our lunch and dinner reservations off property at Eden Roc which was more up to par. We had a butler with our room type. This wasn’t like any butler we had had at other properties. We had to ask multiple times for simple requests like towels and ice. The customer service is just severely lacking at this resort. We have never encountered this before especially a St.Regis. It truly felt like we were a bother to the staff other than the St.Regis bar staff that went above and beyond. This is such a shame given it’s such a beautiful property. I feel like I let my family down with selecting this property. "

"Our family of 9 spent a week at Villa Daniela, and it was a wonderful week! The house is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. Very close to the beach and Clubhouse. Pool was lovely. We had a chef and he was amazing… our meals were just wonderful. Andrea, one of the owners, was extremely helpful, and was readily available any time we needed anything or had questions. He helped us arrange outings, transportation, recommended restaurants, he couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. All in all, we had one of our best vacations ever, I would highly recommend Andrea and Silvia and their beautiful house, Villa Daniela. Elizabeth "

"Let me start by saying how absolutely stunning this home is. The design, the setting, and the overall atmosphere are truly beautiful.When our group of 20 arrived and discovered the home was not quite “rental ready,” to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. However, what could have been a major setback turned into a testament to outstanding hospitality. Alix was already waiting for us with a solution and a clear plan in place. Within a short time, they arranged for us to move to La Palma 78, which comfortably accommodated our entire group.From there, everything exceeded expectations. The staff — especially Endry and the chef — were truly 10 out of 10. If we could give them a higher score, we absolutely would. The food and service were hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. Every meal was exceptional, and the attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.While our trip didn’t start exactly as planned, the way the team handled the situation with professionalism and care made all the difference. We would highly recommend this property and the incredible staff who made our stay so special."
