Two Day Horrible Stay

I was only there for two days. It took me nearly two hours to check in, which was the wordy experience ever in any hotel abroad or domestic. The food was subpar as breakfast options was very limited. When I ordered room service, it was extremely late and cold. The service was not good at all. I was supposed to have access to a butler given I stayed in a preferred suite, but the butler never engaged with me despite promises made multiple times.

Quiet and relaxing resort. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. I only wish more of the restaurants were open. Planned to go to the steakhouse on my actual birthday and it said it was open on the resort app, but turned out to be closed . Still not too bad. The buffet was great !

We enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. From the moment we arrived everyone went above and beyond to make us fill welcome. At the bar have to give praises to Yefrey and Jesus were extra nice to us. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the swim up pool. Room service men was excellent, food was delicious and it always arrived hot. The restaurants that we went to eat had very good options. The stakehouse food was amazing, unfortunetelly the service did not raise to the deliciousness of the food. The server we had seemed upset of our arrival it was like he wanted to leave. He didnt even offer any dessert option, his attitude was definetely a turn off. Another thing we did not like was that we were lure into a presentation of their vacationing club membership, we did like their oprtions we just were not prepare to spend that amount of money without at least think ing about it, the sales person was rude and stated "we will still make money either way" that was what made us definetely not want to get the membership. His attitude was nasty, specially on our first morning there, unacceptable. Hopefully they make some adjustments regarding this. The way we were lure is not the best way to get clients. It left a bad taste in our mouths. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and loved the hotel.
