I enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms were spacious, the shower was awesome and the bed was very comfortable. We did get a voucher for 20% off for a meal but it did not cover all of the restaurants on site and we chose a restaurant where we could not use the voucher. Super convenient to be right at the airport terminal overnight prior to an early morning flight.

The hotel is great for access to the airport, this is our 2nd stay but this time our room was adjacent to the monorail, unfortunately the windows are not sound proof so we could hear it going all night, and did not sleep hence the lower score this time. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and modern.

Really not good

First. Directions to hotel poor. Could have been my fault, it was 11pm, long day. (But when you get off the north terminal train turn left and keep going. Very few signs). Check in excellent. Bar service so poor it was actually terrifying. 6 blokes, noone serving. American woman gave up and went into the service area to get attention. £12:for a single whisky, poured visibly short by about 1/5th. You owe me about £2.40. Very worst: horrible unemptied bin in the bathroom!!!!! Someone's nasty stuff and i am pretty sure there was a condom in there. When I mentioned it at checkout I got the millenial 'woopsy' response. AYFKM?
