Our rooms were very clean and the staff is especially courteous. The shuttle to Universal Studios was very convenient and saved us the parking fee.

Room was dirty, they gave a room next to the freeway we could hear every car, we couldn’t sleep. Too expensive hotel, everything is old, cabinets are falling apart. Never again

Carpets in the rooms very worn out, flooring had a lot of smudges. Shower doors did not close properly causing a lot of water to spill out. Not worth the money you pay. The only reason I would come back is the accessibility to the park is very easy. Staff were courteous too.

I’ve stayed at this property before and all stays were excellent. This last stay was in a Lanai Room that had a pool view. The room had hair in the sink and tub when we arrived. Hair was on the bathroom floor and many areas in the room were dusty. The folding door lock was broken when we arrived and maintenance came to repair. The pictures on the wall had cracked frames and paint was chipped on the dresser. I didn’t complain because the customer service and staff are always so friendly and kind. If I stay there again, I’ll make sure not to get a Lanai room.

Good: the staff was nice and everyone was friendly. The shuttle was available when we needed it. The AC and bathroom water pressure were good. It didn't smell like smoke. Bad: The room was poorly maintained. There was damage to the drawers, floors, carpet, couch, bathroom wall and shower, curtain and even the ceiling. The room was right next to the elevator and we could hear everytime the elevator was used. The view was of the top of the parking structure (which is really ugly). We also didn't like the veggie burger or the truffle fries. The rigatoni is good, regular burger and fries are also good. The room wasn't very clean. There were stains on one of the duvet covers and on the sheets of the other bed. There were stains on the couch and fingerprints on most of the shiny surfaces (tables, nightstands) and the remote was very greasy.
