"Excellent location"

"The hotel and grounds were excellent. Cleanliness was great as well the staff in the restaurant and bar were also wonderful. The staff in the reception could use some client service training. Some of them were a bit rude and did not provide all of the details of the property when we first checked in. We were expecting to feel welcome and have someone greeting us with some enthusiasm and energy and instead we felt like we were bothering her when we first checked in. Just a reminder for some customer service training for the reception staff. "

"This was a great property and great stay! It was walkable to multiple restaurants and the park. Shuttles were able to come pick us up and drop us off for excursions. All the staff were smiling super hospitable and especially a special shoutout to Fabricio who checked us in and was amazingly helpful in getting us situated in the room and great restaurant recommendations. We went in May and the volcano top was a little cloudy but there was a day it cleared up enough we could see the volcano top from this hotel. It had a beautiful tree path walking to and from our room with flowers and birds. Room was comfortable with ACs and clean room and showers. Beds are firm mattresses and firmer pillows. Breakfast had 3 meal options to pick from each morning and each was great. Coffee and a juice that changed daily. Great stay here. "

"The hotel was really amazing and convenient. We really enjoyed our private cabin with the jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and helpful with us. We like that they had on call transportation for us whenever we wanted to go into town. The pool, bar and dining areas were very spacious and nice. We really enjoyed their food and drinks. Definitely recommend to stay here as a couple trip."
