"Passing through on our way to Memphis and stopped Visiti our daughter lives in Bloomington. We err very worried givin our last stay At the same hotel chain the night before - Bloomington has a Very nice decor WAY better than la Laquita in Columbia Ohio- that was just disgusting !"

"I had a very good experience staying at the DogHouse Hotel in Columbus. The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable, the ambiance is unique, and it’s a perfect place if you’re traveling with a dog. Everything was clean and well thought out. The only downside was the customer service. I checked in around 9:30 at night and the desk clerk seemed more focused on chatting with a friend or guest sitting at the bar than acknowledging me. It didn’t slow down the check-in process, but it felt a bit disrespectful to have someone casually carry on a conversation while helping a customer. The next morning, I was also yelled at by the receptionist for having my dog “too close” to the breakfast buffet. My dog was simply standing behind me, outside the dining area, while I made a plate of food. Despite those two interactions, I still had a great stay. The hotel itself is excellent and I would definitely come back. I just hope the staff training catches up to the quality of the hotel."
