While I was staying at this property, the fire alarm went off outside of the building and that what I heard. Inside the building there was no fire alarm sounds. Other people staying there only knew something was going on because we called out and knocked on doors to evacuate. No staff at all at this property contact is all via email or a telephone number.

The room and bathroom, although small were very clean, the TV, A/C, fridge and security all worked perfectly, making a very quiet, comfortable and safe environment particularly when staying on your own. Good car parking and easily accessible to all that Brisbane has to offer on a budget.

Conveniently located, ease of self check in, room was very clean and servicable. Easy instructions to follow should we have need to contact a member of staff. Being able to self check out was important as left for a flight at 4am

Two different colours of several pubic looking hairs in shower, hair on pillow, little kitchen bench was sticky/tacky uncleaned, dirty stuck on debris in sink, bathroom sink too small to fill kettle, 2 cups only - no plate or bowl, shower heat and volume was great but squished up against shower curtain for even a slim body, bed was very comfortable, had air con , wifi and tv which was great. No lift.

KIMBERLEE

Basic room but came with all needed ammenities. Very small but as we were not there except to sleep it was fine. Very minimal sound proofing between rooms. I would definitely return as a solo traveller but would not stay with my young child as the noises are frequent and would wake them. Also; no extra blinds so prepare to wake up early
