"Nice staff. Great location actually backing up to the beautiful little mountain river and a block from all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful common areas. The room was small, old and tired but adequate for a one-night stay. Didn’t know I booked the worst room in the house but evidently I did."

"Overall it was a good stay. Keep in mind somethings may be out of the owners control, but needs to be noted as it effected our stay. The location is prime, very short walk to everything and not having to drive is a plus. The condo itself although outdated gives it a very nice mountain feel and cozy. Parking was nice whether in the garage or outside, no issues there. The beds were very comfortable, the condo was clean, equipped and had everything you need. If you’re not familiar with rentals in this area, there is no air conditioning. This surprised us years ago, but made sense. It can have an effect on you in the hotter months, but they did provide fans which helped greatly. The couch needs replacing. Its old and the cushions are completely warn out making it very uncomfortable to sit as you feel the cross bars from the couch bed digging into your legs while seated. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything. Being an end unit the people coming in/out you heard their voices, traffic was loud and the tenant upstairs was absolutely atrocious blasting a stereo so loudly the bass was shaking the unit. They did seem to shut music off about 10pm each night. There is also an alarm on the backside of the bedrooms that went off our entire stay. We made mention of it to the host, but nothing happened it went off all 4 days. We have a 5 month old baby, this made putting him down very difficult and none of us got good sleep between the alarm and noises."

"Really nice hotel - right at the top end of main street in Breckenridge - ideal for walking around the shops / bars in town. Free local trolley bus service was available if needed. Underground parking with elevator access to the rooms."
