We had to put in the lock code multiple times to get it to unlock but with the same code we eventually got in. When we entered the temp was at 60 degrees. We had a hard time getting the heat to turn on as the thermostat was not on the wall properly. We turned it to 90 to finally got it to turn on. The next night after returning from late shows, it was again 60 degrees. I sent message concerning temp and unable to get it to turn on even at 90. We were responded to rapidly by company and the brought over 2 small space heaters for our 2 bedrooms to get through the night. We had activities planned so we had to allow access to the apartment while we were gone, which was not ideal. I did ask for them to notify me prior to entry but did not receive response until after work was completed. We did enjoy the new thermostat and the heat for our last night . We also could not get onto wi-fi as the link never was available. I did not call as it wasn’t a huge deal for us as we enjoyed the Branson area and was there primarily to sleep do I never called about it. The bed headboard was not attached proper to the frame and was leaning against the bed and would hit the wall when getting in and out of bed. It also was not dusted or wiped down as we could see hand/finger prints in the dust. It was an ok stay and we loved the away from the strip and quiet stay the location provided. The company response time was always exceptional throughout the stay.
