If I could give two separate reviews I would. Hawthorne House 4 stars. It is a nice place. Big enough for our family of 7. And I’d love to stay there again if it weren’t for their management company. RentBranson 0 stars. The management company was really really bad! The house was not clean: hair, dust, walls patched over, dirty carpet, smelly throw blankets… Neither fireplace worked. The upstairs bathroom sink didn’t drain. We were given 2 trashcan liners for a 5 day 4 night stay for 7 people. When we requested more we were told to provide our own. The binder full of directions was very generic and complicated and didn’t even apply to the fixtures of the house. It was bad. Really bad. Weeks after our vacation I received an email saying Rent Branson was charging my credit card they kept on file an extra 34.28 for a broken air fryer handle. We did not use an air fryer, we didn’t even know there was an air fryer at the house. I did immediately call, but I was told “That’s Kaitlyn’s department. You’ll just have to email her.” Which I did, but still haven’t resolved the issue. Overall, I’d love to rent the Hawthorn house again. BUT… I wouldn’t want to deal with the Rent Branson.
