The property has it's own boat access where you can launch a small boat . There is no public access on this private lake.

Great property
The house and location are fantastic. Great location, good layout for the house and a fantastic guest cabin. Major issue with the water pressure, but the management company says they are fixing that. Very little water pressure at best, but occasionally it would reduce to just drips. Very frustrating if you are in the shower when this happens. The lake was much better than expected. Not very weedy and reasonable depth. Normal depths were 8 - 18 feet.

Beautiful country setting!
This is the third time our family has stayed here. It is a great setting with a big lot for the kids to explore. It's private with no close neighbors. The lake is small and calm with only private access. There is a beach and 2 docks. We had space to dock our boat and to anchor a Lilypad. The kids loved catching fish, being in the lake and fires at night. There is plenty room for a big family. The only thing I would suggest is if you plan to cook, maybe bring some of your own things. The property needs a new grill. You will enjoy the peace of this place.
