Coastal Inn Halifax
"Beautiful hotel and our room was very clean and up to date! The only complaint I have is the breakfast. The only hot ready item was beans and there were baggies of boiled eggs and pancakes in the fridge. Lots of bread and yogurt if you're not looking for a hot meal"

The Barrington Hotel
"Everything was clean. Staff super helpful. My mom who has mobility issues was able to borrow a wheelchair from the hotel so we could take her out for supper The location was super amazing in the heart of downtown Halifax and being able to have in/out parking privileges was awesome. The food (breakfast and supper) in the restaurant was also very yummy. On a downside. While clean, The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a minor refresh Also we had number of issues with the room card keys loosing its magnetism and having to get the front desk to reset the room key 2-3 times a day was a challenge but nothing that would stop me from going back Overall would give the hotel a 4/5"
