Our townhouse is thoughtfully designed to offer clean, cozy, and welcoming spaces that feel like a true home away from home. Each room is carefully maintained and styled with comfort in mind, featuring soft bedding, simple modern decor, and all the essentials you need to relax and settle in with ease.

The living area is bright, inviting, and perfect for lounging, reading, or streaming your favorite shows. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking a meal or just enjoying a morning coffee before a day of exploring. Great Boulder home base

There were so many details that made the place feel cozy and homey, and it was really well set up for our toddler! Gretchen and Roland were very communicative and were able to accommodate a last minute early check in request for our toddler's nap which we were incredibly grateful for!

Convenience and comfort in Central Boulder

After a day exploring Boulder, Grechen's home offers a pleasant retreat. There is a well stocked kitchen but, to be honest, we found ourselves enjoying Boulder's fine restaurants. Morning bagels are within walking distance! We are two adult travelers but it should be noted that this is a safe, child-friendly home. Questions that I had were answered immediately. We hope to stay here again!
