The rooms are average, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The convention center is walkable and that is why we choose this hotel. Again Cammy, Ricky and staff were very friendly which made the stay that much nicer.

OK, if you don't want to be in a high-rise.

The hotel needs a refresh. It has been patched together. The pool was not heated and the hot tub was not even warm. No coffee maker. I had to go to the restaurant to get hot water.

Nice but noisy

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. I needed to work in the day. Some days there was horrible classic rock blaring around the pool outside. Very distracting and unnecessary -- no one was at the pool. Other days was even worse. Noisy construction and leaf blowers. Walls are thin and can hear tv next door

Run down bum azz old hotel. Lots of threatening signs around from management about every little stupid thing. Rooms were run down and old. Tv kept lagging. Door would constantly get stuck. Literally the only thing that was nice was that there was plenty of parking.
