I paid for an upgraded suite. Half of the lights worked, the bathtub took 30-45 minutes to drain, and dont shower when the tub was draining....the shower filled with water. The air conditioner struggled. The cable was subpar. The room stunk of smoke....i booked a "NON-SMOKING" room. I paid extra for all of thee amenities and when i address the issues....nothing was done. Such a disappointment for my 1st experience. Never coming back here!!

The hotel is conveniently located to the strip, across the street from the MGM monorail station. The room rate is lower, but that likely reflects the age and maintenance the property receives. The room is spacious and the beds are clean and comfortable. There are limited amenities in the room, like no cups for mouth washing, no extra seating. In our case, the sliding door didn't work, any attempt would derail it. The TV didn't work until we found out we had to hold the "on" button for more than 4 seconds. 24-hour restaurant, Hooters, and coffee shop on the premises. Denny's is a couple of minutes walk away. Ok, place if all you need is a place to sleep after a full day of running around the strip.

First the rooms advertised were true but when i entered it was meh. In the bathroom floor there was a squished bug on the floor, under the soap holder in the bath tub there was mold & the tub was nold and has scratches. There is no in room fridge nor coffee maker. And the parking is NOT FREE, had to pay $9.99 each time to get out or $19.99 for 24hrs. Lame!!!!

Awful, would never go back

The Lobby clerk was very unfriendly. I was charged $20 to check in early but spent that hour in the parking garage because the parking app was having issues. The room is very old and the floors were filthy. There were decades worth of dust in/on the heating A/C unit. It was supper noisy, some kind of construction outside. To top it all off I woke up at 3:30am for an early shower and had no hot water.

Front desk staff were not the friendliest, put is wrong room at first...had to show email to prove the upgraded room. Rooms are ok....a little outdated...beds were comfy. The single ekevator sucked, until the weekend then they opened the elevator that housekeepers would normally use. Probably wont stay there again, much better options out there.

I like the location and it was surprisingly quiet. It is a bit dated, but it worked for what I needed it for. The front desk was ok, but the first one felt impatient with our questions and the second one i encountered acted like i had a disease when i was wanting to exchange my sheets. Theres only one working elevator, but they have to replace the others so i wasnt too upset. The only thing that I was disappointed about was none of the pools don't open til March but whoever we talked to said that their pool would be open while we were there

No OYO ever

Our sink backed up twice. I asked for 2 sets of towels that never were delivered. The elevator attendant told my husband he would drop him to the floor if he touched a button. They only had one elevator in service. They charge for parking now but no one told us at check in and it cost us an $80 citation plus the cost of parking.

Not worth it

Hotel was in not so great conditions. I was on the ocean view side and I couldn’t see anything out of my windows. Carpet was dirty has stains everywhere. Drawer under the TV was tagged on and had inappropriate things written all over it. All of the walls either had a hole in it or it was dirty. Bathroom was okay. The bathtub has seen better days. They gave me a bucket for ice and there was no ice machine. Literally no machine in the location it was suppose to be at. Elevator lights didn’t work and took forever to come.
