"What a beautiful, historic hotel! First we were greeted by an amazing valet, Victor, who was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and room service attendant very thorough and also friendly and the meals were delicious. The room was gorgeous with a great view of downtown just as described and the bed was very comfy. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!"

"Waterfront location. The record player & vinyl available for guests. Beds are comfortable. On site bar & restaurant are solid. We had a water deck room & were disappointed that we were given a room looking at the cruise ship terminal and a cruise ship (with attendant noises & blocked view). Hotel was booked so they could not accommodate our request to be moved to another room. Be mindful if you pay for one of these rooms to request a room at 322 or higher to avoid this issue."

"The hotel staff was amazing! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely updated and very modern. Rooftop deck was a wonderful bonus with great views! The hotel was in walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops as well as a bus line that made for easy and cheap access to downtown and Pikes Place Market. I’d definitely recommend staying here."

"The hotel is challenged with only one working elevator. We learned one of the 2 elevators has been not working since January which is very concerning to not be able to be fixed over the course of several months. I hadn’t researched to learn there is no coffee maker in the room, however available 4 am - 7 am free in the lobby. After 7 am, you can purchase coffee in the on premise restaurant. While the room was fine and bed comfortable, it is an older hotel with older bathrooms."
