Very nice property. The room was well appointed and clean. The contactless check-in was convenient. I don’t usually stay at motel like properties but this one I would recommend.

The entire place smelled like pine sol. The room we booked didn’t match what we booked online. It was a nice quiet spot. Chair broken when someone sat in it.

Exceptional value. Exceptional attention to detail with all the amenities provided and regular communication with our host. We were assigned a suite in the lowest level basement. There is a steep stairwell leading to the unit that made it challenging to bring luggage in if you have any mobility impairments. I do plan on staying here again, I will request accommodations on the first floor.

2nd time we've stayed at the Beverly, we have family in the area so we're up a couple times / year to visit. Great location, quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. Excellent hotel! We'll be staying again in the future.
