"The owner of the establishment met us at the bottom of the stairs and carried bags up. Check in was efficient and we quickly realized how genuinely kind the owner is. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant. You can’t beat the location, we loved it. Our only complaint would be the tire shop below who opens the garage door at 5:30 am and is loud. Walls are thin so if you book, use the ear plugs they give you."
