The room was clean, but I was misinformed because I was told my room can accommodate 5 people with a pullout bed. My room didn't have that. And my room air-conditioned was not working and it was making a loud noise until it got fixed a day later. Overall is clean

The room was clean. This is my second time staying here and would book again in the future. The laundry needed cleaning, but other than that it was 100/10 stay. The check in process I had a hard time checking in. So I check in the front. Staff was overall ok

"Great staff, nice room, but the remote didn’t work for the tv, we had to call front desk and they came in and fixed it. But when we called from the phone, the cord doesn’t stay in the handset so we had to hold it in while calling. Also could not find anything but powder creamer for the coffee downstairs in the morning, if there’s breakfast included at least have some fresh cream. Otherwise the room was a great size and clean."
