We did ultimately enjoy our stay here, although I was disappointed to find quite a few areas that needed some attention. Instead of professional signs they had papers taped to the walls and on the inside of the elevator. The elevator also didn’t sound like it was very safe. There were definitely some places in the rooms that needed some touch up or new paint. I did appreciate that they had a nice roomy bath tub though.

The toilet was clogged when we got there and never flushed without being plunged. I reported this to the front desk and they brought me a plunger - which I kept in my room and had to use every time we flushed the toilet. The breakfast food was weirdly disgusting. I attempted to have coffee three times - the first time it was clear liquid, the second time it was coffee from a dispenser, but it was obviously made from instant coffee crystals (not fresh brewed), and the third time, nothing came out of the dispenser at all. We used the lacuzzi but there were no clean towels available in the pool area. Overall, this was one of the most dissapointing and uncomfortable hotel experiences I've ever had.

N. Orem, UT Laquinta

I have stayed with the North Orem Laquinta several times and for many different reasons. Whether it was a surgery and needed specific accommodations, or early check in due to a remodel at home, they have always been great!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend or anyone else and know they are in good hands. Thank you and I'm sure I'll see you again.

Noise in middle of night. Security needed to be called, guests thrown out, police needing to be called. Will be reaching out to management for refund as we had a 2 bedroom suite while attending to my daughter in hospital. As out of state guests we did not get any rest and choose not to extend our stay there while dealing with our family emergency.

Great day for the price and comfort

Terrific front desk staff very helpful super comfortable beds. I only wish there were more blankets cause I was a little chilly at night, but it was a great room. Breakfast was on the planer side, but it did the trick overall I would definitely stay here again.

Not impressed. Not typical of Wyndham properties. All front desk staff were rude. The door had huge gaps and so all noise came through. I forgot a toothbrush and although I paid $100 for the room, I had to BUY a $2 toothbrush. The blankets were threadbare but they didn’t have extra for us.
