The hotel itself is nice and new looking, however the shower in our room was clogged the entire 6 days we were there, we had dirty bath water up to our ankles. We asked repeatedly to have it unclogged and it never was. They never offered to switch our room and didn't seem to care that it was clogged. There was a bread clip on the carpet at the end of the hallway that was there for almost our entire stay, it's probably still there. The front desk also called our room at almost midnight accusing our room of being loud and disturbing another room when my husband was sleeping and my children and I were watching TV at a very low level. They clearly had the wrong room and never apologized to us or cared that they disturbed us.

The staff would not move us or do anything to quiet the elephant people above us. We left the hotel at 1100pm because it was of no use. We are requesting a full refund for our "stay". Worse ever hotel and staff. The "good" reviews on this hotel are doctored. Would never recommend that Wyndham hotel! Even the fixture in the bathroom was not secured. A mess of a place.

This is a nice budget place to stay. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. Just don’t plan on the breakfast. It was poorly stocked, the bagels and muffins were stale and hard, the fruit was spoiled. They do have a waffle maker and that was good.

Clean room with a very functional, comfortable layout and good bathroom lighting. The bed was very firm, with soft worn bedding and small pillows. Breakfast was basic—apples and hard-boiled eggs for fruit and protein, plus oatmeal, yogurt, carbs, and drinks. Coffee and water were available in the lobby all day. The elevator was out the first day, and cable was unavailable, so TV required a streaming account.

The tv wouldn't work in the roon we contacted the front desk clerk she had told us they were working on fixing the cable never once did it work we contacted front desk once again about the tv not working and if it was going to be fixed she said i won't lie to you so needless to say we checked out a couple hours of checking in and went to the days inn wich is a better hotel. The hot water had to run for awhile before it would heat up in the room as well.
