Our room was adequate, but could use some updating. Pros: Large room Quiet Clean, comfortable king sized bed Cons: Musky odor Stains on furniture and curtain Slow draining shower It seems this hotel has two classes of rooms, and the superior rooms on top three floors are part of the “Governor’s Club.” They receive access to the Governor’s Club and other benefits. We were staying in one of the standard rooms and I can’t help but wonder if these more basic rooms don’t get the hotel’s full attention. Additionally, there was no mention of our Silver rewards benefit upon check in, and we did not receive the complimentary drink or whatever it was suppose to be.

It was perfectly appointed and so incredibly comfortable and clean. I felt like a VIP as soon as I walked in the door. The Governor’s Club is an absolute necessity. I will definitely be staying there again.

The Concourse is a solid hotel, but lacks energy. I'll never understand why the bar is not street side. Service is okay but please staff the counter with more than 1 employee. Took far longer to check in this weekend than it should.
