The room was absent a microwave, or hand soap in the bathroom, and the coffee maker did not work properly. The climate controll was antiquated and only allowed for a cooler or warmer setting but not a selection of a desired temperature. The room was clean and staff in general was polite and helpful. The casino was also clean and well staffed. The in house restaurant was consistently understaffed which resulted in longer wait times for food and service. Despite this our waiter was helpful and positive. Overall if you're looking for a cheaper stay i wouldn't discourage a stay here.

Everything was so nice until I got ready to take a shower at about 10-11pm. There were absolutely no bath towels. I tried calling housekeeping from the room phone two-three times but no answer. I called the front desk and a nice girl answered amd said someone would bring towels. I waited for about an hour and there wasn't any towels. I went ahead and took a shower forced to dry off with a hand towel and went to sleep. And about 2am got a knock on the door (waking me up)with towels. Other than the towel situation it was a good stay.
