Clean and easy!

This property was exactly as it was listed! The property manager was nice and informative and gave us all the information needed for a wonderful stay!

Great location; less than ideal stay

Great location to downtown. Down side: you have to download an app to access anything. The app is supposed to unlock the doors in the building. The front doors wouldn’t open even with the app. Every 3rd try or so it might work. The front and side doors were “stuck” closed, even though the app would register “unlocked”. There was still no way in. Multiple times I was left standing outside along with tenants who live there, trying to call someone on the inside to let us in! In addition, Friday night around 10:00pm the smoke alarms in my unit and down the shared hallway started “beeping”. They were unable to get the maintenance guy to come fix it, so the smoke detectors beeped till Monday morning when I finally checked out and left.
