Kind staff and nice food and drink. Especially the £15.95 deal for pizza and drink. Room was decent but it could do with some better facilities as windows didn't open, no wardrobe and towels kept falling off the metal ball. Sink was also easily blocked due to drainage issues

I had a long discussion with reception about my parking in which he tried to blame a third party and it was my responsibility to sort it out! The only way I could sort this out was by getting a refund and arranging alternative parking. Service not expected by this chain of hotel."
