Staff was nice. We were given a handicap room because our original room, we were told was trashed. Ales to be moved to another room. We did not want to take a room that a handicap person may need. We’re not used to sink in room instead of bathroom. That is quite odd.

We booked a “handicap” room, and it was accessible. They had handicapped parking in the back that was close to our room. The room and bathroom were clean, and a wheelchair could fit in the shower. However, they have a low toilet (that should be replaced by an ADA toilet), and the toilet seat was very loose. There was a very limited selection of TV channels and very poor reception even though they have a satellite dish. Everyone has their own version of what is a “good” bed is like but we both thought the bed was very good and so were the many good pillows. I don’t know why others gave this hotel such high rankings, it was average at best.
