This hotel has a beautiful lobby and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately that is where the positive experience ends. The bathroom was the first issue beginning with the hair in the shower. After this i noticed the pealing paint on the ceiling and the filthy shower vent. 2 of the outlets by the bed did not work and the room would not change temperature. Even when we used the thermostat. Roomservice was never available. Sunday morning we were given 2 free breakfast buffet passes ( there were 3 of us) and got to experience crunchy pancakes and awful eggs. Overall it was pretty bad. I brought my concerns up with the lady at the desk she was very nice and said she could have the manager call me. I do not exspect much to be done but don't waste your time unless you are a Marriott rewards member. They seem to be well taken care of on one of the upper floors with there own special area.

The bar and restaurant were immediately accessible and we had an excellent late night dinner. Great view of the city from the 6th floor balcony. Loved the location and all of the amenities

The property had to shut off their water for 4 hours to fix an issue which was inconvenient. Also we had to ask 4 times to have our room cleaned before they finally did it and restocked fresh towels.

We had a room that was near another that was extremely loud. When we complained, they got security to handle it. It took a while, but they finally got it taken care of.
