Modern Downtown Benicia Cottage with Large Yard

Ideally located within a block to quaint downtown Benicia and 3 blocks to the Bay. Features include beautiful garden, white oak hardwood floors, double French doors, recessed lighting & heated bathroom floors. Nicely appointed kitchen offers white cabinets, black Stainless Steel appliances & quartzite counters. Brand new couch, dinette table, bed, LED TV and mini split AC/HEAT make it clean & cozy. Guest suite has its own private yard and paver patio area so guests can enjoy privacy.
The space
Ideally located right downtown walking distance to water, bakeries, breweries and many fine restaurants. Sunny new paver patio is the guests personal space.
Guest access
Guests can park in driveway or in front of main home. Access is down the driveway through side gate next to garage. In law unit is in back of property. Lockbox on door handle or key will be in the door.
Other things to note
We have 2 small dogs (Boomer & Oliver) that are always with us but hang out in the backyard when we are home.

Super location for enjoying beautiful downtown Benicia

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well-appointed, with a large kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing since we visited during an extreme heat wave. Lovely yard and driveway parking. Great communication from the hosts. The best part was that it was just steps from downtown Benicia which is a wonderful place to walk, sightsee, shop, and dine.

Very cute in-law suite

We felt very comfortable and loved the animals that live in the main house. Especially Oliver, he's adorable. Walking distance from everything Benecia has to offer. I would definitely stay there again.

Adorable cottage - walking distance to everything!!

We met Gretchen as we pulled up and she showed us around. She was really helpful and sweet. The cottage itself is cozy, clean, modern and well cared for. There was a bonus kitty who came to visit and that made me very happy!
