"The room was pleasant and clean. Everything was in good working order and the coffee machine and coffee were good quality. The only thing missing was hand soap- not a big deal. Also the staff were courteous and helpful- facilitated early checkin which allowed me to work in the room prior to my dinner out with friends. "

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning—one of the best views we’ve ever had in Seattle. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The restaurant staff also went above and beyond, providing excellent service and a great dining experience. What truly set this hotel apart was how they handled our delayed flight. The staff showed incredible flexibility and compassion, making a stressful situation much easier for us. Because of the outstanding service and attention to detail, this will be the only place we stay when visiting Seattle from now on.
