Everything was great except the breakfast. The pancakes were days old as were the potatoes. I would not classify these as “food” bc of the staleness. Very disappointed in the breakfast.

I have booked two queen bed toom ( paid accordingly) . First time any hotel called to re-confirm the room needs two queen. Despite confirming front desk gave room to other person. One front desk attendant in particular stood out above all the rest. So friendly and I wish I had gotten their name. Dark long hair, glasses, and smile and personality to light up a room. Great guest interaction and it was always a delight to see them when I was in the lobby. Ive been in customer service my whole life and I felt genuinely welcomed in every interaction.

It was nice and near shops and stores. Easy access to the freeway to get to Seattle or major destinations. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good and busy. We loved the restaurant in yhe hotel, the waiters were friendly and the food was fantastic. When we come back to WA we plan to stay there again.

Dear [Hotel Name] General Manager, I am writing to express my concerns and request your assistance regarding a recent experience with my reservation at your hotel. I originally made a reservation for the dates of August 21–23. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances—my wallet was stolen among other challenges—I needed to cancel and reschedule my stay for a later date. When I contacted your property, I was placed on hold multiple times, often for up to 15 minutes without any updates. Eventually, I spoke with Daniel, who informed me that any changes needed to be made through Expedia. I followed that instruction; however, after numerous attempts by both myself and Expedia to reach Daniel via phone and email, we were unable to get a response for the rest of the day. Finally, Expedia managed to speak with him, but he declined to approve my full refund. I want to emphasize that I had no issue with rebooking at a later date and still do not. My request is simply for a fair resolution. While I understand being charged for the first night if necessary, I believe I should be refunded the remaining balance of the reservation. I value good service and believe this situation could have been handled better, which is why I wanted to bring it to your attention directly. I hope we can reach a reasonable resolution.
