Without any hassle, the staff accommodated the extension warmly and made sure I had everything I needed while I was stranded. That kind of flexibility and genuine care is rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional — common areas, hallways, and my room were all immaculate. But honestly, it’s the people here that make this place special.
