The room was ok for the price. It had a bit of smell of smoke or marijuana when we checked in but dispated overnight. Waking to the cockroach scurrying accross my clothing was a bit un-nerving. Morning staff and breakfast were good, but checking staff at night was terrible, leaving myself and another guest standing at counter for 15 minutes before showing back up from his prolonged break without signage or even apology.

Clean and quiet place to stay in, perfect for out of town plant / refinery workers. Only reason I gave it a 4 / 5 stars was because the toilet had a small leak.

Definitely not up to Best Western standards. Corporate needs to step in unannounced. Hotel manager is rude and dresses inappropriately for her employment.
