The staff was cordial. The room was clean and roomy. The bed needs a new mattress as the edges are fine, but tends to slope towards the middle. However, I slept comfortably. The carpet on the 7th floor is tattered and worn. The hotel may be in the middle of updating. Parking was a long walk, but I needed that.

The hotel is on the older side and I would love to see some things updated a bit more, but it doesn’t take away from how nice my stay was. The staff was super friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. I found the beds to be more on the softer side than my tastes but I still slept well due to the quietness of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Superior staff, comfortable bed, great shower products, good breakfast, cute little gym. Elevators were down so I had to use service elevator, pretty dirty. Also, carpets smelled like previous water damage. Hotel definitely needs some upgrades.

Nice room and very quiet. It was difficult to find the hotel, even with directions. We were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for the season , it the end I’d September in Texas and it was 94 degrees out.
