"There are two good things about this hotel: the parking and the pool. The parking garage is great, convenient, and only $10 per day. The pool area is nice and clean. When we first arrived and saw the room, I was pleased. It was really spacious. However, it did not take long for me to regret this booking. First of all, one of the beds was EXTREMELY loud when lying on, sitting on, or when you moved at all. This noise woke everyone up several times a night. The beds were also very uncomfortable, as they were as hard as a rock, and I could feel a spring when lying down. The shower pressure was terrible, and the shower itself looked gross. The shower also leaked A LOT into the bathroom floor. Water stayed on the bathroom floor, either from the shower or from the toilet. We couldn't tell which one was causing it or if it was both. There were four of us in this room. Four were booked. They gave us 3 towels. When we requested more, we were told, "There are towels in your room." We said there are not enough. They reluctantly gave us one more. Speaking of towels...they were also really bad. They were very thin, worn out, and did not dry you off well at all. Believe me when I say that I would not leave a bad review for a hotel unless it was BAD BAD. I am leaving this because I wish I had read a review like this before booking."
