So, the staff are some of the best working in the industry. The hotel, not so great. I checked in close to 11:00pm and had a paid reservation and room. The check-in was great. I went to my room and noticed the door was propped open and all the windows were open as well. I returned to the desk and asked for another room. I was sure something was wrong to have encountered this situation. I was told the room was the last one. Hmmmm. I went back, closed the door and windows, turned on the air conditioner and unpacked my things. I then went to bed. About 30 minutes Later an odor so powerful woke me up, or prevented my sleep. Like a skunk had been smoking for a month in there. I went back to the desk to complain and I was offered air freshener. I wanted to leave, but was just too tired. In the morning I got up to take a shower and there were no towels. I went to the desk and asked for towels. When I returned my key no longer worked. I went and got a new key. That one didn’t work, I got a third key. No luck. So, the staff tried to open the door with the master. Nope. Had to call maintenance. An hour later, maintenance showed up. Couldn’t get the door unlocked. I had my keys and left to go pick up my pet at the Chicago Airport. Seven hours later I returned and picked up my belongings. Obviously I didn’t stay there the second night. The staff were professional and polite. I felt sorry they were the B team working on a Sunday. Anyway, they took care of me.

Good For Business Travel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Good location, lots of places to eat close by. Staff was extreamy friendly and helpful, even made copies of a presentation I needed at no cost. Room was in need of updating, but it was comfortable and clean

residence inn stay

rating hand got stuck. would give a rating of good to excellent. stayed at a reseidence inn in davenport,iowa. management and staff were very helpful. got a good rate on line for cost. just to walk in for a room seemed a bit expensive. there was a mistake in the room type we had requested, but the staff quickly fixed it with no problem. breakfast buffet was nice.

Everything was better than expected, employees friendly and liked their work enviornment, good management. It was the best rest I ever had away from home.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT for the price!!

This was by far one of the best hotels that my family and I have ever stayed at an we travel quit often!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite I had to king size beds,a livingroom with a let out sofa, a fireplace, 3 televisions, a kitchen, a dinette, stove, sink, large refridge, some cooking utensils and a dishwasher. It was extremely spacious!!! The staff was ok. There was actually enough room for my family to sit and eat in the lobby for their continental breakfast!! The ony problem we had were that the keys seemed to never work. This hotel is located very close to shopping and eateries.
