Noticed in the room, long dark hair in the shower and hair dust ball behind the bathroom door, also body wash was empty. When I pulled the sheets back there was short dark hair all over (like from a leg). But the bed was made. To me it looked like someone has been using the room and the housekeeping just changed out the towels and made the bed without changing the sheets. Upon checkout I was offered a receipt but then I was informed that they couldn't give me one since I booked third party."
